Client gets error `domain is already registered` but I do not find it anywhere

It may be possible that domain could be registered with another YouHosting reseller. Your client should login there and cancel / delete that domain from control panel. After it's done your client will be able to host domain with you. If your client does not remember where he setup that domain you may check the current nameservers of it and determine hosting company name from that.
